Dovetail Props was started by a NYC based set designer who was frequently frustrated by the furniture options available at local prop houses and the inefficiency of renting daily from stores.

Our first focus is on tall stools simply because that is what is most requested by our clients. Our goal was to open a shop with the best stool collection available for rental in New York, potentially nationally. We will be steadily adding to the inventory, please check back with us!
